Maruti Suzuki Swift 2024

Maruti Suzuki Swift 2024

The Maruti Suzuki Swift of 2024 is anticipated to be a significant improvement over the current model. It is anticipated that the new Swift will have a wider track, a longer wheelbase, and be marginally larger than the outgoing model. Additionally, the front fascia will be sportier and more aggressive. Sharper lines and a bolder stance will be embraced by the completely redesigned front grille and bumper. Its appeal is increased by sleeker headlights with LED DRLs and halogen fog lamps.

The interior of the upcoming Maruti Swift is anticipated to be updated, possibly with a new touchscreen infotainment system and a revised layout. This will help modernize the popular hatchback’s interiors and be consistent with what Maruti has been doing with their lineup.

Tata Altroz Racer

Tata Altroz Racer

A performance-focused version of the well-liked premium hatchback is the Tata Altroz Racer. This version will be powered by a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine, which is also found in the Tata Nexon. It produces 170 Nm of torque and 120 PS, and it is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.

The Altroz Racer is expected to feature dual tone paint jobs, racing stripes, and a body kit. The sporty interior design is preserved with red accents on the steering wheel, dashboard, and seats. The Dual-clutch DCA automatic gearbox may still be supplied by Tata.

With its 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, seven-inch digital driver’s display, ventilated seats, and sunroof, the Altroz Racer is a premium vehicle. Six airbags prioritize safety, and since it’s an Altroz, it naturally receives a five-star GNCAP rating.

Kia Sonet Facelift

Kia Sonet Facelift

A new front fascia featuring L-shaped LED DRLs and redesigned LED headlights will be part of the Kia Sonet facelift. Additionally, a more aggressive redesign of the bumper is planned. A slightly larger fog lamp housing and a vertically positioned component that could function as a turn indicator or daytime running light are part of the subtle redesign of the front bumper. There will be a new bumper and connecting-style LED tail lights on the back.

The plastic parts of the Kia Sonet facelift will see the most updates. A redesigned front bumper and headlamp assembly with new LED daytime running lamps and fog lamps are among the noticeable modifications. While GT-Line versions might have different bumpers, the HT Line variant will have an updated faux skid plate and mesh. Updated grille inserts are another feature on the back, which also includes a sturdy two-tone black and silver rear bumper and vertical tail lamps linked by an LED light bar.

Imagine an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, an identical-sized digital cluster, and ADAS features inside. Notably, the test model has been observed to have a front-facing camera module and possibly to have front parking sensors. The popular 1.2L NA gasoline, 1.0L turbo gasoline, and 1.5L turbo diesel engines are expected to continue in production for performance continuity, though some small adjustments may be made to enhance performance. It is anticipated that the Sonet facelift will cost a little more than the existing model.

All New Mahindra XUV300

All New Mahindra XUV300

Expect a completely redesigned front end with the XUV300 facelift, which will include a larger central air intake and a new two-part grille, as seen in the spy photo. Anticipate a completely new tailgate, a redesigned bumper with the number plate repositioned, and new taillamps on the back. The vehicle’s aesthetics will be enhanced by the new design of the alloy wheels.

The varied lineup of drivetrains includes the dependable 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engines with 112 PS and 133 PS as well as the durable 1.5-liter diesel engine with 119 PS. The future of the existing gearbox choices is still up in the air; given the competition’s more advanced automatic transmissions, it is unclear if Mahindra will choose a torque converter over an AMT.

Anticipate an infotainment screen upgrade, improved equipment options, and a redesigned dashboard. Notably, there has been discussion about adding a panoramic sunroof to improve the appeal of the facelift. It is anticipated that the XUV300 facelift will cost a little more than the existing model.

Hyundai Creta Facelift

Hyundai Creta Facelift

A significant redesign of the Hyundai Creta’s external styling is anticipated, including the addition of an LED DRL-integrated front grille that draws inspiration from the latest Hyundai Tucson. On the revised front bumper, the primary headlamps will be positioned lower. The Creta will look much more menacing on the road thanks to these modifications.

Inside, the updated Creta is anticipated to come equipped with the same features found on the outgoing model, including a panoramic sunroof, climate control, and a touchscreen infotainment system. However, it might also come equipped with more sophisticated BlueLink-connected car technology and an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS).

It is anticipated that the powertrain options will remain familiar and varied. These options include a 1.5L turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed DCT, a 1.5L NA petrol engine with a 6-speed MT or CVT, and a 1.5L turbo-diesel engine with a 6-speed MT or 6-speed AT.

There are also a lot of rumors regarding the release of the Creta N-Line, a more athletic variant similar to the i20 and Venue N-Line.

Tata Altroz EV

Tata Altroz EV

Tata Motors is going to release an electric hatchback called the Tata Altroz EV. It will have an automatic gearbox and a single electric motor. There is talk that it will have an extra battery pack, increasing its capacity by 25–40% and giving it a 500 km range. All that is known for sure, though, is that Tata’s Ziptron technology will be employed.

The Altroz EV will be distinguished from its siblings by having teal blue accents all around the vehicle, just like the other Tata EV models, because it will be built on the ICE version of the same vehicle. Expect new alloy wheels, a closed-off front grille, and a few other exterior design cues unique to EVs. Because there is no longer a mechanical gearbox and gear lever, the interior of the cabin should feel more spacious. Tata’s gear selector from the Nexon will take the place of the gear lever, freeing up storage space in the centre console.

Volkswagen Taigun facelift

Volkswagen Taigun facelift

The Taigun facelift features a redesigned grille that borrows styling cues from the T-Roc, giving it a look closer to more expensive Volkswagen models. Some minor design changes can be seen in recent spy photos, particularly at the front fascia where the grille, headlamps, air dam, and fog lamp housing have all been modified.

The updated Taigun’s smoked LED light bar and wraparound LED tail lamps at the back are similar to those of the current model.

Volkswagen is anticipated to keep offering the same engine options for the Taigun in 2024. This includes the 1.5-liter and 1.0-liter TSI engines, which are compliant with RDE. There is an automatic or 6-speed manual gearbox option for the 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which produces 175 Nm of torque and 115 PS. A 6-speed manual or 7-speed DSG gearbox is mated to a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine that produces 150 PS and 250 Nm of torque.

Force Gurkha 5 Door

There have been several observances of the Force Gurkha on the roads, including a pickup version. All that is certain is that it will encounter the Maruti Jimny and the Thar 5 door. In order to set it apart from its sibling, we might see styling changes like bespoke alloy wheels and rectangular halogen headlamps. It is anticipated to have captain seats in the back and seat seven people.

Regarding powertrain specifications, all models are expected to come with a 2.6-liter diesel engine with a five-speed manual gearbox, which is derived from Mercedes-Benz.There are rumours that the 2.6-liter diesel engine from Mercedes might get more power, which would improve its performance level.

Mahindra Thar 5 Door

It will be announced that the Mahindra 5-door Thar is a family SUV. It is intended for customers who like to know that they can take their vehicle off-road if the need arises, or for the infrequent off-roader. Although the extensively camouflaged test mules that have been spotted don’t show off any exterior design elements, it’s safe to assume that the Thar will get a larger 10-inch touchscreen, along with possibly better-upholstered seats, front and rear passenger armrests, and a few other extras, to raise the comfort level in keeping with its positioning.

The engine options for the Thar 5-door are the same as those for the 3-door model. These are a 2.0-liter petrol engine with an output of 150 PS and torque ranging from 300 to 320 Nm, and a 2.2-liter diesel engine producing 132 PS and 300 Nm of torque. It is anticipated that 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions will be offered for both engines.

The Jeep Avenger

The company’s entry into the EV market is the Jeep Avenger. It is propelled by a front-mounted electric motor with 156 horsepower and 260 torque Newton metres. It has a 54 kWh battery that provides up to 400 km of WLTP range.  Its muscular yet small silhouette and striking appearance capture the essence of Jeep’s recognizable character. The Avenger is easily identifiable thanks to its distinctive seven-slot grille, striking black roof, and front and rear full-LED lights.

The Avenger’s contemporary and technologically advanced interior makes for a smooth and connected driving experience. The SUV has a digital driver’s display and a sizable 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Rain-sensing wipers, dual-zone climate control, and adaptive cruise control are also included.  Superb practicality and adaptability abound, with ample storage to suit travelers and bags and daily necessities staying within easy reach.

Kia KA4 (New Carnival)

Kia KA4 (New Carnival)

Up to six people can sit in the Kia KA4 (New Carnival), a multipurpose vehicle. It is anticipated to have an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a 2.2-liter naturally aspirated diesel engine, providing a thrilling driving experience. With a sleek, boxy design, the new Carnival will be built on an entirely new platform. It will resemble its predecessor in that it will be taller, wider, and longer. Along with significant styling updates, the MPV will now resemble the most recent Kia models. Kia’s signature Star Map lighting and the linked L-shaped tail lamps, two styling cues seen on the Seltos facelift, are among the elements that are anticipated to appear on the updated Carnival.

A 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a panoramic sunroof, and a 360-degree camera are just a few of the features that the new Carnival will have.

Kia is probably going to use the CKD route to deliver the new MPV here.

Mahindra XUV.e8

The front end of the XUV.e8 has been significantly altered, but the majority of its body panels will be shared with the XUV700. It has an LED light bar that spans the entire width of the nose and descends vertically into the bumper. It will feature an entirely closed-off grille, as is customary with EVs, and new triangular headlamps set inside the bumper.

The XUV.e8 will have aerodynamically optimized wheels, flush door handles, parallel character lines, and a shared glasshouse. The XUV.e8 creates a unique visual identity with its prominent copper accents that outline the glasshouse, headlamp surrounds, bumper inserts, and the iconic twin peak Mahindra logo. Notably, Mahindra’s next EVs will all have this copper highlight as a defining feature, following the XUV400’s lead.

Mahindra has previously stated that the XUV.e8 will have an 80kWh battery pack and an all-wheel drive system. The power outputs will vary from 230 horsepower to 350 horsepower.

Early in 2024, the XUV.e8 is anticipated to be released in India.

It can comfortably fit five people and is slightly smaller than the Kodiaq.
